Total Students for Reporting Month

This should include entire preschool enrollment number for ALL students in the Pre-K classrooms (number should include Hope Coalition students).

Total Hope Coalition students enrolled/attending for month

This should be your highest enrollment/roster of Hope Coalition student spots on a single day in the month. This number should also equal the total of the next four questions. (for example if you started the month with 20 Hope Coalition student spots filled and 1 student moved in the middle of the month bringing your month end enrolled to 19 you should report 20 student spots filled)

Total Hope Coalition students enrolled for 2-days a week attendance

Total Hope Coalition students enrolled for 3-days a week attendance

Total Hope Coalition students enrolled for 4-days a week attendance

Total Hope Coalition students enrolled for 5-days a week attendance

Total Hope Coalition students being transported for month
